Handling and managing patient satisfaction
- Performing therapy such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, Osteopathy Bonesetting Post and Prenatal etc
- Performing clinic's daily operations such as maintaining hygiene standards
- Sales of health services or products (attractive commission scheme)
- Any other tasks as assigned
- 与前台、中医师合作并给病人提供专业的治疗服务
- 为病人施予推拿、拔罐、刮痧、正骨、艾灸、催乳等理疗服务
- 保持诊室清洁
- 销售中医治疗/服务或产品（高提成）

**Job Requirements**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
- Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred
- Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
- 能以中英语沟通者优先
- 良好人际关系和沟通能力
- 可以在周末和公共假期期间上班
- 欢迎30岁或以上拥有丰富经验的申请者

**Minimum qualification level**
- Minimum 2-5 years of related experience
- TCM related Diploma / Degree (or Medicine)/ Tuina/ Massage qualifications from ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC
- 至少2-5年相关工作经验
- 具有相关推拿证书如新加坡中医学院保健推拿文凭 (ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC)

**Working Hours**:

- 5 working days, 10am - 9pm
- 2 breaks of 45 minutes in between
