**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with client solutions, operations, risk and technology teams to prepare and distribute client risk and performance reporting.
- Update consultant and industry databases with return, AUM and exposure data as well as firm updates.
- Compile and complete questionnaires for existing clients and DDQs, RFPs and RFIs for prospective clients.
- Prepare monthly fund fact sheets and performance reports for existing investors.
- Update client presentation materials.
- Update and maintain CRM database across clients and prospects and their associate pipelines.
- Update the Firm’s website with fund and Firm information, as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required. Finance/Accounting degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- Previous experience on a client team at a hedge fund, fund administrator or asset manager.
- Experience with proprietary reporting systems.
- High comfort working in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player with an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
