**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and committed **Outdoor Education & Leadership Trainer**to serve as the **Trainer In-Charge**and lead the facilitation team in delivering high-impact programmes for MOE schools.
In this role, you will work closely with school clients to co-design and customise programmes that meet their developmental goals, and ensure smooth execution on the ground. You will also mentor and train a team of instructors/coaches to deliver consistent and meaningful learning experiences for students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as **Trainer In-Charge**, overseeing the entire camp programme and ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with school objectives
- Collaborate with school clients (e.g. teachers, HODs) to co-design and customise programme flow and intended outcomes
- Develop, lead and supervise a team of facilitators/instructors to deliver activities such as team challenges, outdoor learning stations, campfire sessions, and reflection circles
- Conduct pre-camp training and briefings for the instructor team to ensure clarity of roles, expectations, and facilitation quality
- Manage on-the-ground logistics, risk assessment, student engagement, and incident response if necessary
- Build rapport with teachers and represent the company’s values and professionalism on-site
- _(For full-time trainers) _Contribute to curriculum innovation and internal training development

**Requirements**:

- MOE-registered instructor/trainer ( **required**)
- Prior experience as a **lead facilitator**or **camp-in-charge**in MOE school camps
- Strong communication, group facilitation, and team leadership skills
- Confident in managing instructors, student discipline, and teacher-client relations
- Physically fit and comfortable in outdoor and camp settings
- Certified in **Standard First Aid with CPR/AED**(or willing to obtain before deployment)
- Certification or training in **Outdoor Adventure Learning (OAL)**facilitation and/or **programme/curriculum design**is advantageous

**Bonus Skills**
- Familiarity with the **National Outdoor Adventure Education (NOAE) Master Plan**:

- Additional certifications in adventure activities (e.g., belaying, kayaking, orienteering, cycling, nature guiding)
- Experience with sustainability or environmental themes in youth programmesBackground in Uniformed Groups or Values-in-Action (VIA) youth facilitation
