Reporting to the Befriending Manager, Programme Executive works as a team to fulfil its intended purposes as stipulated by the funders and BSL.

**Job Scope**
- **Recruitment of Members**:

- Outreach and identify at risk seniors.
- Evaluate and assess the needs of the seniors.
- **Befriending Programmes and Activities (including Gym Tonic)**
- Befriend seniors through engagement activities and home visits.
- Promote Centre programmes to seniors to support them to stay active.
- Share observation of seniors in need to Manager.
- ** Community Partnership**
- Assist to engage community partners, build effective and sustainable partnerships with them to serve the

needs of the seniors.
- ** Volunteer Management**
- Recruit and manage volunteers for the Programme
- Propose, plan and organised for volunteers get together session to promote bonding and

cohesive in the team.
- **Administrative and Logistical Support**
- Assist in the collection of data, planning and evaluation of the programmes.
- Provide administrative and logístical support for all programmes.**Other duties**
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer
- Able to work on weekends and in the evenings when required.

**Requirements (Technical Competencies)**:

- Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct operational work (especially in Eldercare), such as conducting and evaluating programmes or activities and needs assessment.

**Requirements (Core Competencies)**:

- Passionate about working with seniors and volunteers.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good administrative skills.
- Has some prior experience in stakeholder management, especially in working with community partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in community service and proficiency in mother tongues and dialects would be an advantage.
