Our **Unmanned & Integrated Systems** business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. You will work as a team to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on USVs, including hull, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring fleet availability.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues and execute timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Responsible for ship maintenance, repair work, costing and reports
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities without impacting mission schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors when required
- Coordinate with customer on issues pertaining to maintenance tasks
- Any other tasks as directed by the Ops Manager or Department Manager

**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Ship Repair Engineer or similar role, with a strong mechanical background in maritime environments.
- Possess Supervise Safety Instruction for Ship Repair Manager Certificate
- Solid understanding of the operation and maintenance of maritime vessels, with a preference for experience in unmanned systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Good interpersonal skill

- Singaporean only
