Applications are invited for the following full-time position in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health:
Research Assistant/Research Associate

The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant/Associate to contribute to interdisciplinary projects within the PANDA programme, focusing on the coordination and implementation of research activities. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative research environment at the intersection of public health, behavioural science, and digital technologies.
- Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in the coordination and implementation of research projects, including participant recruitment, onboarding, and data collection
- Contribute to the preparation of study-related documentation such as IRB submissions, progress reports, and protocol updates.
- Support the deployment and assist in troubleshooting of mobile apps used in projects
- Coordinate logistics for research projects (e.g., tracking recruitment rates, managing survey schedules, supporting participant communications).
- Maintain project delegation logs and ensure timely documentation of study activities.
- Provide administrative support for the PANDA programme activities such as website updates and internal communications
- Requirements:

- A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior experience in research coordination, preferably in health-related or academic settings is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, REDCap)
- Basic understanding of quantitative or qualitative research methods is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, particularly towards solving problems and managing dynamic tasks.
