**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a user-friendly digital portal for all relevant HSSE information.
- Compile and submit HSSE report including Company HSE targets and performance to CES Management, CES Construction Group and client as required.
- Perform HSSE assessments and recommend improvement at Company-managed worksites, projects and facilities on a regular basis.
- Co-ordinate with staff and contractors to ensure compliance with all applicable HSSE legislations and Company requirements.
- Liaise with customers, governmental agencies, internal and external stakeholders on HSSE matters.
- Represent the Company during HSSE Management System certification and surveillance audits.
- Ensuring HSSE alerts and similar communications are distributed across the organisation
- Assist in preparation of tender package and HSSE plan in accordance with customer’s requirements.
- Evaluated work methods, processes, equipment, technologies, products, materials and substances to identify and minimise possible HSSE concerns.
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired Business Units into Company HSSE Management Framework.
- Develop and organise Company-wide promotional campaigns to elevate HSSE awareness and strive towards HSSE excellence.
- Monitor project HSSE performance and make necessary improvement to the project HSSE system.
- Evaluate the site personnel’s and vendor’s HSSE performance and motivate/educate them to perform to the best interest of the project and Company reputation.
- Participate in major incident investigation to ensure that the root cause(s) is identified, suitable corrective actions are recommended and implemented
- Perform any other duties as assigned or indicated by direct supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Health, Safety and Environment, and MOM registered WSH Officer.
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing field Health, Safety, Security and Environment (“HSSE”) for the civil, construction, process and/or manufacturing industries.
- Require good judgement and the ability to render decisions and/or recommendations where HSSE policies and procedures are not clearly defined.
- Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and able to advise on the approach to achieve these certifications.
- Skills to facilitate understanding of HSSE policies, procedures and requirements.
- Passionate in solving-problems, team-player, up-to-date in HSSE programs and technologies. Possesses tenacity to commitments and responsibilities.
