An exciting opportunity has opened for a **Outdoor Education Administrator** at the Australian International School If you are passionate about making a positive impact and are driven by growth and development, this role is perfect for you

**Position Requirements**:

- Prior experience in an outdoor education program would be advantageous
- Previous experience using school management systems is preferred. Such as Evolve, SchoolsBuddy & Connect)
- Strong and good work ethics and time management skills
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent command English, both written and verbal skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred to cater to Mandrin speaking students
- Ability to communicate effectively via a variety of means, especially electronic, within a large organization
- Excellent relationship-building skills with staff and external agencies
- Ability to create systems and procedures to streamline effective completion of recurring tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Ability to work outside of standard work hours as required (Occasional early mornings and late afternoons)
- Coordinate effectively between various departments and sub-schools.
- Attendance at and support of school events as required
- Ability to work across all levels of the school community
- Occasional travel and time in the field when required

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma level pass from a recognized institution
- Intermediate to Advanced IT/Administrative Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites)
