**Responsibilities**:
**1. Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop a comprehensive cutover plan detailing all migration activities.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
**2. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact the cutover process.
**3. Communication**:

- Maintain clear communication channels between technical teams, stakeholders, and project managers.
- Provide regular updates on cutover progress to relevant parties.
**4. Testing and Validation**:

- Oversee testing activities related to cutover processes.
- Ensure that all necessary validations are performed before, during, and after the migration.
**5. Troubleshooting**:

- Develop contingency plans for potential issues during the migration.
- Quickly respond to and resolve any unexpected problems that may arise.
**6. Documentation**:

- Document all cutover procedures and activities for future reference.
- Create a detailed post-implementation report highlighting lessons learned and areas for improvement.
**7. Stakeholder Management**:

- Engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Build relationships with key project contributors.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Project Management Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing **large-scale IT projects.**:

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., **Agile, Scrum**).
**2. Technical Background**:

- Experience with **migration tools** and technologies.
**3. Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
**4. Problem-Solving Abilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Comfortable making decisions in high-pressure situations.
**5. Leadership Skills**:

- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members toward common goals.
**6. Adaptability**:

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
**7. Attention to Detail**:

- Meticulous attention to detail, especially during critical migration activities.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to $14,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
