The role:
As a Senior Executive overseeing Inbound, your role is to manage 3PL supplier relationships and performance. You will support the development, implementation and management of SC strategy to achieve optimal performance in the area of contract logistics, across markets where LB is present in.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the 3PL meets/ exceeds expectations, inbounding in time in order to fulfil orders to customers worldwide and distributing to retail stores in the region.

You are expected to be a creative problem solver who can identify root causes, scale processes, interpret data, and deliver meaningful solutions to drive productivity and efficiency. Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito’s supply chain through this exhilarating expansion phase.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain 3PL relationships to ensure that communication and supply of information is at the highest level both internally and externally
- Conduct regular business reviews with 3PLs to align company goals
- Lead monthly sharing of inbound and upcoming campaigns to provide visibility for 3PL planning
- Develop dashboards and monitor KPI to ensure 3PL partners meet/ exceed performance expectations in terms of - bulk in bound, store returns, customer returns
- Tracking and ensuring progress of inbound such that retail outbound and online launches can proceed smoothly
- Act as point of escalation to coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams on expedited inbound for success of launch
- Work closely with S&P, Supply Chain Freight and Commercial teams to understand inbound/ store returns timelines, volumes and forecast
- Oversee timely processing of online return and defects refunds and resolution of discrepancies
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure team running at high levels of accuracy, productivity and timeliness
- Create and continuously improve the LB playbook/ guidelines for 3PL processes
- Identify and improve areas of cost inefficiencies so as to achieve cost optimization
- Provide cost approvals to 3PL for costs incurred for ad hoc tasks requested.
- Identify program risks, problem-solve and implement solutions by coordinating work across internal team and 3PL
- Provide inter-team support of Outbound/ Inventory in the absence of warehouse functional team leads

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of vendor management/ warehouse fulfilment/ ecommerce operations experience
- Understanding of continuous improvement frameworks, techniques and methods
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet
- Knowledge and technical understanding of ERP, WMS and e-commerce systems in an omni channel environment
