**Responsibilities**:

- Elicit business requirements from external and internal stakeholders via policy and requirement discussion sessions
- Conduct user requirement scoping and analysis involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs
- Deliver functional design artifacts in requirement specifications or user stories, with workflow, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping as required
- Communicate clearly and concisely with technical design, development, test, and operations support teams on the requirements scope and functional design details to ensure that the final product accurately addresses business needs
- Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
- Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
- Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
- Support post-production deployment verification for product feature releases
- Product functional support to operations team in production ticket triaging, investigation, and resolution
