Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE

Your role is to enable participants to learn, unlearn and relearn, so as to support them in responding to the demands facing them. Y**ou will work alongside colleagues to deliver physical and digital, and synchronous and asynchronous learning interventions; and manage the end-to-end process from stakeholder/client engagement, design and implementation, marketing, and evaluation for continuous improvement.**

This includes activities such as:

- Assess the needs of learners from across different socio-economics agencies
- Work with stakeholders and training partners to design and deliver curriculum and supporting programmes
- Engage with renowned international and local experts from academia and the public service through organising seminars and webinars
- **Develop interventions that cover different modalities, to enable participant to continue to learn better in class and back at their workplaces.** This includes creating online learning resources to enable greater flexibility and just-in-time learning.

Requirements:

- Intellectual curiosity, a sense of imagination and creativity
- Adaptable and flexible, with an ability to respond to a dynamic and changing environment
- Good analytical and communications skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Inter-personal skills to engage and collaborate with external partners and learners
- **Strong interest and aptitude to designing learning interventions. Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar learning and development capacity.**:

- **Experience in producing online learning materials and events management is an advantage**
