**What the role is**
- The Ministry of Health is at the epicentre of the nation’s response to public health crisis. To ensure the continued preparedness to manage a public health crisis, we are looking for a dedicated individual to be part of the Training Development and Preparedness Branch under the Crisis Strategy and Operations Group (CSOG) to build and maintain a training competency framework to train CSOG staff and supporting officers to be operationally ready to respond to public health emergencies.
As part of the Training Development and Preparedness Branch, the Senior Manager/ Manager of the Training Development section is to develop, implement and review the training masterplan to train MOH staff and supporting staff to be operationally ready to respond to public health emergencies.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- As part of the Training Development Team, you will develop, implement and the Training Masterplan to train MOH and supporting staff to be operationally ready to respond to public health emergencies.
You will also develop, implement and review the Knowledge Management Framework within CSOG to ensure organisational knowledge is gathered, stored, distributed and applied to facilitate organisational learning and training to support the public health crisis operational response.
Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:

- Design, implement, and review of the Training Masterplan to facilitate operational readiness for a public health emergency
- Develop, implement and evaluate crisis management and emergency preparedness curriculum
- Design exercise files for crisis management scenarios
- Assist to provide oversight on the development and reviewing of courses to address identified competency gaps through collaboration with internal/external training providers
- Identify, maintain and review the local/overseas courses available to meet the training needs for operational readiness
- Assist to lead the design and implementation of a Knowledge Management Framework to support operations and training
