**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage the operations, customer service level and security for all terminals /outlets when on duty.
- Effectively manage, deploy, motivate and train staff to ensure optimal company’s performance
- Responsible for 30-50 direct and or indirect reports and the overall administration.
- Accountable to monthly/ weekly roster planning and leave administration for all subordinates.
- Establish, maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct internal audit to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular assessment on CSO competency level through training, quizzes etc.
- Inventory management: Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving vendors
- Accountable for daily cash/ sales reconciliation and conduct weekly cash reconciliation and audit for all stores’ cash float
- Handles all customers enquires, feedback/complaints, and follow up with sales service
- Responsible for accurate reporting i.e. bag wrap, CDV payout, EOD, weekly sales etc.
- Responsible for other projects and business engagements.
- Building rapport and establish cordial working relationship with client and other airport business partners.
- Other responsibilities that maybe delegated or stipulated by management team.

**Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences)**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized university preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in airport terminal operations or retail operations
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Able to work on Shift Duty

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
