**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will drive growth of our business across the globe. The remit will cover all digital marketing spends, with KPIs ranging from sessions to transactions. You will set the vision/roadmap, steer internal and agency teams towards key outcomes as well as be hands-on in supporting the team. It will be critical that you deliver on today’s outcomes while preparing for growth to come tomorrow.

Key responsibilities beyond the day to day**:

- Performance channels breadth/depth**:Drive acquisition through a multi-channel approach across a complexity of travel corridors. Must demonstrate deep knowledge across SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic and Affiliates
**- Customer lifecycle management**:Deeply understand user behaviour, analyse customer segments and use this to drive growth & retention efforts. Demonstrated experience on CRM
**- Martech**:Drive martech needs (i.e. automation, feeds, GA4 implementation) for Pelago in partnership with Product and Eng
**- Attribution/Measurement**:Drive more sophistication on attribution and measurement
**- Experimentation**:Drive experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous testing agenda to enhance outcomes

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED?**
- 15+ years of experience in a performance marketing role
- Travel category experience, demonstrating ability to manage complex geographic flows
- Demonstrated ability to scale a business (driving 300% growth as opposed to 30% growth)
- Outstanding skills to make decisions and influence stakeholders
- Is highly strategic and commercially minded while being able to speak the language of tech/product
- Operates with speed and agility
