**Job Summary**:
The Digital Supply Chain Intern will provide support our digital supply chain projects and will be deployed to business verticals across ST Logistics.

As an intern, he/she will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management while contributing to the implementation of digital solutions.

He/she will be involved in documenting business requirements, identifying and implementing process improvement and optimisation methods, designing simple software components, analysing data, assessing quality standards, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will work closely with our digital supply chain team and learn from their expertise and experience.

He/she is expected identifying digitalization opportunities, create digitalization project, implementing process improvements, analyzing data, and coordinating with stakeholders.
He/she is required to explore solutions and study plans feasibility; and logically put a case to implement the improvement.

He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders during implementation, be it processes or technology, to ensure the improvement in projects amongst others are achieved.

**Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)**:
**Research and data Analysis**
- Document business requirements for digital supply chain projects**.**:

- Use data analysis tools to analyze supply chain data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations

**Idea Generation and Conceptualisation**
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
- Assess business challenges and conduct cost benefit analysis for digitalization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop projects to address business challenges.

**Project Support and Management**
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Support planning and executing digital supply chain/innovation projects.
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Assist in managing project documentation and reporting

**Prototype Development and Testing**
- Assist in designing and testing prototypes for new products/services.
- Evaluate prototype functionality and gather feedback for refinement.
- Collaborate to design simple software components to support operations

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and align projects with business goals.

**Others**
- Collaborate with the digital supply chain team to design and implement simple software components to support supply chain operations
- Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management (if any)

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications or other analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience or coursework related to supply chain management or digital technologies such as Python is advantageous.

**Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience**:

- Currently pursuing Degree in Digital Supply Chain, Supply Chain management, logistics, Computer Science, business management or a related field.
