Bim Modeller

**Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling & Design**
- Create accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing and gas systems using Revit MEP
- Model pipe routing for water supply, drainage, and gas lines
- Position plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, showers) and gas appliances
- Develop detailed shop drawings and installation drawings
- Generate material lists and quantities from 3D models

**Coordination & Collaboration**
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar software
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural elements
- Attend design coordination meetings with main contractors and consultants
- Support development of Coordinated Services Drawings (CSD)
- Interface with other MEP trades for integrated solutions

**Project Support**
- Assist project teams with technical queries and site coordination
- Create as-built drawings and record drawings
- Support material procurement with accurate specifications
- Provide technical documentation for submissions

**Required QualificationsEducation & Experience**
- Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in MEP systems
- Experience working with Singapore construction projects

**Technical Skills**
- **Proficient in Revit MEP** (Essential requirement)
- **AutoCAD** for 2D drawings and details
- **Navisworks** for clash detection and model coordination
- Basic knowledge of **BIM 360** or similar collaboration platforms
- Understanding of plumbing and gas system design principles

**Knowledge Requirements**
- Understanding of construction sequencing and installation methods
- Knowledge of prefabricated MEP modules and DfMA principles
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems (ACMV, fire protection)

**Soft Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to visit construction sites when required

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Professional certification in Revit MEP or Autodesk credentials
- Experience with prefabricated/modular MEP systems
- Knowledge of other MEP disciplines (electrical, ACMV)
- Familiarity with construction project management
- Experience working with main contractors in Singapore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
