Singapore ATT System Full time

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading technical and organization measures for clients’ ICT infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting ICT infrastructure problems.
- Integration and implementation of infrastructure products such as network, storage, and computing devices.
- Follow project implementation lifecycle and write documentation for project requirements.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer session
- Proactive in problem-solving and following up and closing all incidents, issues, and requests timely.
- Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
- Provide support in root cause analysis identified by team members together with the Superior.
- Train and guide team members on the maintenance process, procedures, and systems.
- Committed to attending to any operational and maintenance issues.
- Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
- To follow all company business operations and SOP at all times.
- Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs, and ISO compliance activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO objectives, and targets.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
- Other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- May required to be on-call and stand-by for maintenance and other operational support when necessary.

**Project**
- Attend project-related activities that include deployment, implementation of infrastructure products, and testing that comply with the client’s technical requirements.
- Lead and monitor technicians for project installation site work.
- Provide support in conducting a site survey.
- Responsible for the technical documentation and proper filing in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide technical assistance in preparation for all support to tender requirements.

**Qualifications, Education, and Technical Skills Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Cybersecurity or related qualification.
- Possess good technical and hands-on knowledge in infrastructure solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible working timing/location, but it may require odd working hours due to projects requirement when necessary. Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public Holidays, from time to time, when necessary.
- Ability to provide L1 and L2 support to project teams.
- Any such Professional Certifications CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, RHCSA, and other infrastructure certifications, etc. (Preferable)
- Keen in cyber security and GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) domain (added advantage)
- Coding/scripting knowledge (added advantage)
- Ability to conduct ICT Gaps, Vulnerabilities, and Risk Assessments (added advantage)

**Work Experience Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a System Integrator environment.
- Project Management experience (added advantage)

- Has keen interest and initiatives to keep up with the latest design technologies trends, such Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and 5G.
- Willing to work at the project sites as and when required by work exigences.
