Key responsibilities:_**
- Demonstrate customer service passionately, prioritizing welcoming and engaging customers over tasks.
- Constantly have a ‘heads up’ approach and be aware of customers requiring assistance and offering your help.
- Using your fashion and product knowledge to inspire customers by offering buying suggestion, alternatives and promoting instore offers and activities.
- Ensure great garment care and best presentation of merchandise, highlighting value, quality and style.
- Replenish sizes and new arrival to the sales floor though efficient delivery and refill processing routines.
- Ensure all areas of shopfloor, service area and back of house is tidy, fixtures well aligned with clear walkway for conducive environment as well as safety.
- Have good follow through of cash till and fitting room routines to maximize sales and customer sastifaction.
- Always curious to learn new knowledge and share your experience with the team, offering help where needed.
- Give honest and constructive feedback to your team to support in their development.

- Adequate working experience in fashion retail / customer service sector.
- Is passionate about customer service and enjoys meaningful interaction with people on a frequent basis.
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a logical sense of prioritizing.
- Strong internal drive, results driven, willing and open to learning and grow beyond payroll function.
- Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with stakeholders, influence and handle pushback in high pressure situation.
- Effective and inspiring communicator, charismatic, clear and convincing - positively energetic and is not afraid to build relations on both a personal and team level.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
