**Responsibilities**:
Identify and implement strategies to optimize payment costs, ensuring efficient payment processing across various channels and regions.

Engage in commercial and product discussions related to payment methods and solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive innovative initiatives.

Leverage your card acquiring knowledge to evaluate and select suitable payment partners, negotiating favorable contracts to enhance our payment ecosystem.

Understand and analyze the logic of our payment products, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

Work closely with our CN team, providing support and collaboration on payment-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional requirements.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in card acquiring, payment optimization, or related fields, with a strong understanding of payment industry dynamics.

Ability to comprehend complex product logic and translate it into actionable strategies for payment cost optimization.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and implementing innovative payment solutions.

Demonstrated experience in commercial and contract negotiation, with a track record of successful partnerships and vendor management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus.
