Our brands include Swee Lee, MONO, Teisco, Harmony and Heritage Guitars, and we have operations in retail, distribution and manufacturing.

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Finance Associate ready to take on a broad scope including financial analysis, forecasting, and mergers and acquisitions. For this role, you should hold a finance degree followed by relevant work experience. Experience with forecasting models and understanding of accounting processes are key requirements for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial forecasts, analyse data and create financial models
- Undertake research into specific markets and comparable companies
- Assist with due diligence of potential acquisitions
- Review of legal documents of related transactions
- Participate in budgeting for the company as well as specific projects
- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
- Prepare presentation materials
- Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years relevant professional finance experience gained in either a corporate, advisory, investment banking or consulting firm
- Strong academic background with Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyse data, generate insights and construct solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CFA/CPA certification and basic knowledge of SQL are pluses
