Our client is a service provider for healthcare sectors. They are currently seeking for QA Executive to perform required quality inspection.

The role of the Quality Assurance Executive includes:

- To assist the Managers on matters related to quality assurance and material development of Personal & General Equipment.
- To evaluate tenders and quotations for Personal & General Equipment.
- To craft and update technical specifications for Personal & General Equipment.
- To investigate and solve Personal & General Equipment quality issues.
- To handle and resolve customer complaints on Personal & General Equipment quality issues.
- To carry out on-site quality inspection of Personal & General Equipment at local and overseas production factories.
- To inspect incoming Personal & General Equipment deliveries and supervise the Quality Inspectors (QAIs) on their day-to-day work.
- To work with other departments on the management of Personal & General Equipment quality issues.
- To liaise with other departments & customers on technical matters.
- To conduct market technology watch on the latest trends / developments for PE & GE and carry out development of PE & GE for implementation.
- To carry out tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent).
- Able to interpret technical specifications, product brochures, test reports and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, customer relations and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to travel overseas for work assignments for up to a week at least 6 times a year and work on Saturdays or Sundays occasionally.
