Your Job
- Own and manage all aspects of the service lifecycle (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement)
- Ensure consistent delivery and operation of the IT service(s)
- Track service performance against agreed service levels; remediate as necessary
- Plan and implement service maintenance and development projects
- Continually review opportunities to improve the IT service(s) and service provision processes; develop and execute improvement plans.
- Manage Drive operational governance initiatives and ensure adherence to defined processes.

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Experience in Techno functional Consultants Role to support lifecycle of a project as a business functional consultant covering process mapping, documentation, testing and training to ensure that the solution meets the business and functional requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation and management of ITIL and COBIT control frameworks. Demonstrated experience in providing support services in a multi sourced environment with experience of managing &negotiating effective contractual arrangements with third party providers
