**Location: Novena | Sector: Private Day Surgery Centre ‍** ️ Operating Theatre Nurse (Full-Time | 5.5 Days)**

Join a well-established private medical centre in Novena, specializing in Eye, General Surgery (GS), and Orthopaedic procedures. We’re looking for dedicated and capable nurses to support our Operating Theatre (OT) team in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in surgeries as a **scrub and/or circulating nurse**, ensuring sterile technique and safe instrument handling
- **Comfortable in a scrub role**as part of daily OT duties
- Prepare OT equipment and assist with **pre
- and post-operative care**:

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow **infection control and safety protocols**Ensure smooth surgical workflows and compliance with OT standards
- ‍
- **️**Senior/Supervisory Nurses (Additional Duties)**:

- Oversee daily OT scheduling and case planning
- Lead, mentor, and train junior staff
- Conduct audits and ensure MOH/SNB complianceMonitor incident reports, quality control, and workflow improvements

**Patient & Team Collaboration**:

- Provide support to patients and families before and after surgery
- Communicate effectively with doctors, anaesthetists, and medical staff to ensure seamless procedures

***Requirements**:

- **Valid SNB registration**:

- Prior OT experience preferred (training available for nurses new to OT)
- Good clinical judgment, a team player, and strong attention to detailKnowledge of surgical instruments and sterile procedures is an advantage

**Working Hours & Benefits**:

- Shifts**:7:00 AM - 2:00 PM**/ **2:00 PM - 7:00 PM**(rotating)
