**Job Title: General Manager (Restaurant)**:
**1. Job Description**
- **Overall Leadership (全面领导)**:
Provide strategic direction and oversee the entire daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

- **Financial Management (财务管理)**:
Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs (including inventory, supplies, and labor), analyze financial reports (P&L), and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets.

- **Customer Service Excellence (客户服务)**:
Uphold the highest standards of service quality. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation and high customer satisfaction scores.

- **Marketing & Business Development (市场与业务发展)**:
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, collaborations) to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty.

- **Team Management (团队管理)**:

- **Compliance & Safety (合规与安全)**:
Ensure strict adherence to all Singapore government regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards (SFA), licensing laws, and employment regulations.

**2. Job Requirements (职位要求)**
- **Experience (经验)**:
Minimum of **8 years**of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with at least **5 years**in a senior management role (e.g., Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager) overseeing a full-service restaurant.
