Airport Station Operation

**Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operational and safety requirements of all scheduled flights are met at all times
- Direct communication with flight crew and conduct briefing for each flight
- Maintain and monitor crew flight time limitations
- Liaise with Tokyo Headquarters for all flight information or any irregularities
- Arrange hotel reservations for crew
- Check crew hotel invoices to ensure the rates, no. of crew per invoice & room nights are all in order
- Maintenance of Company Operations Manual
- Assist with projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
- Works at any other department and/or position that the Company designates from time to time
**Requirements:
- Possess an understanding of airport operations
- Conversant with flight operations nomenclature
- Proficient in Airport / Airline / Government Authority Systems & Policy. Knowledge of CAG slot system and CAAS flight SG system is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel /Word /Powerpoint or more)
- Experience in flight operation or airport passenger service at airline company. Proficient in Altea CM System is an advantage
- Diploma or higher; aviation-related qualifications would be advantageous, but not necessary
- Customer oriented with pleasant disposition and ability to communicate with all level of people
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good situation awareness with strong cognitive skills
- Pro-active, self motivated individual who works well independently
- Intercultural team player
- Strong ability to learn, multi-task and work under pressure
- Comfortable with irregular shift duties including weekends and public holidays
- Safety-minded
- Possess good co-ordination ability
