**Position Overview**:
Finance manager role at Group level. This role provides a guided leadership experience within the HQ finance team and across different finance teams across markets and has a significant contribution to the reporting processes of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the consolidation team to complete monthly and annual group financial consolidation.
- Assist/advise consolidation team on consolidation adjusting entries for different consolidation scenarios (intercompany elimination, business combinations, changes in shareholding, internal restructuring, etc).
- Take the lead on the annual audit process for consolidated group/sub-group financial statements and be the key liaison point with external auditors.
- Perform PL & BS analysis on consolidated group/sub-group financials.
- Prepare management reports required by management and lenders.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Act as finance partner and managing outsourced service providers.
- Supervise the daily tasks of the consolidation team members.
- Review and implement new policies and processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and all other necessary requirements.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with tax agents for tax submissions.
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties, including liaising with corporate secretary, issuance of share capital, filing of XBRL, etc.
- Support ad-hoc projects (e.g., system implementation, mergers and acquisitions).

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong technical knowledge, well versed in IFRS
- Strong work ethics and leadership skills with ability to lead team to deliver on schedule.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and teams from other countries.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Experience in real estate industry highly advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years in group consolidation and financial reporting role.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in using Netsuite by Oracle advantageous.
- Proficiency in some Asian languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) to communicate with our overseas business units representatives will be advantageous but not mandatory.
