**Job Description**:

- Manage, coach, and supervise the engineering technicians.
- Ensure the efficient, economical and sound operation of equipment under his jurisdiction, i.e. Boiler, Chiller, Emergency Generators, Fire Pumps, Kitchen, Refrigeration, HVAC/Laundry and the auxiliaries of these, etc.
- Ensure immediate provision of services necessary to guests and other operating departments.
- Ensure coordination with other operating departments in the implementation of repair and maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, hotel property, restaurant and grounds.
- Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns.
- Perform and/or monitors maintenance and preventive maintenance projects.
- Respond to all building related safety concerns.
- Maintain departmental compliance with hotel maintenance procedures.
- Support hotel departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklist.
- Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Duty Engineer, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Has a passion for Engineering
- Willing to work shifts
- Communicates with fluency in English (and the local language)
- A motivator and a self-starter

**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $3,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Late shift
- Night shift
