Infrastructure Network Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for ensuring that the bank’s network and IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet the needs of the business.
- Manage and oversee and lead the daily operations of the IT infrastructure and network security supporting the region
- Ensure that the network and IT systems are operating smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to IT infrastructure and network security operations.
- Develop and implement processes to monitor and analyze network traffic, identify potential security threats, and respond to incidents.
- Work with other teams to design, implement, and maintain network security infrastructure components.
- Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network security support, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SASE architecture, network security design, and VPN technology.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and network security operations in a global organization.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or CISSP would be an advantage.
