**Strategic Marketing Intern**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and innovative company that pioneers the future of precision engineering in the steel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Strategic Marketing Intern, you will be tasked to do the following:
**1. **Market Research**
- Research information on BRC target markets, key customers, and competitors primarily using secondary database sources.
- Gather data from internal stakeholders to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

**2. **Market Analysis**
- Define BRC's target markets based on market segmentation criteria and identify barriers to entry into selected target markets.
- Determine the size of the target market and assess its growth potential.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape.

**3. **Pricing Data Analysis**
- Perform data preparation and analysis of pricing databases to understand pricing dynamics and trends.
- Assist in analysing pricing data to optimize pricing strategies and increase revenue.

**4. **Pricing Optimization**
- Conduct price elasticity analysis and customer segmentation analysis to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
- Utilize pricing analytics and methodologies to enhance pricing effectiveness and maximize profitability.

**5. **Ad Hoc Projects**
- Participate in other ad hoc projects or initiatives as assigned by the marketing team or management.

**6. **Internship Presentation**
- Prepare and deliver a presentation on BRC, which may include research on the business, products, marketing strategies, etc.
- Select a topic of interest related to BRC and present to the management team.
- The research and presentation component constitutes 25% of the internship's overall program in BRC.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Display enthusiasm, a team player and able to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint, experience Power BI and Tableau will be an added advantage.)
- Knowledge of data flow and concepts is a plus point. Interns are required to commit to the full internship schedule.

Monthly Allowance : S$1,400
Working hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon-Fri)
