Regional Multinational Inwards Leader, Asia

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Multinational Incoming team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position plays a critical leadership role in setting the regional strategy for incoming and cross-selling multinational business, managing multinational servicing teams across all countries, and driving growth and operational excellence within the region. You will collaborate closely with client-facing teams, insurer partners, and other regions to optimise performance and client value.

**We will count on you to**:

- Set regional strategy for incoming and cross-selling business, aligning with Marsh Multinational global strategy and local priorities.
- Support the development and management of multinational servicing teams across all countries, promoting a culture of accountability and empowerment.
- Foster strong collaboration between Marsh Multinational teams and other Marsh divisions, ensuring understanding and support of the multinational value proposition.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including creating career pathways, succession planning, and sponsoring talent development programmes.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the multinational portfolio, driving performance improvements and supporting client retention efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all Multinational regions, resolving disputes effectively and articulating the value of Marsh Multinational to clients and prospects.
- Provide strategic advice on multinational risk issues, emerging trends, and programme design.
- Drive revenue growth through initiatives such as cross-selling, collaboration with other regions, and enhancing local earnings.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing financial performance, reporting, expense control, and adherence to service standards and target operating models.
- Take full accountability for the performance of the Marsh Multinational Group in the region.

**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience in leading multinational teams and managing regional strategies within the insurance or risk management sector.
- Strong understanding of multinational insurance programmes, client relationship management, and cross-border risk solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop talent, foster collaboration, and drive growth initiatives.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in financial reporting, expense management, and performance measurement.
