**Marketing Executive (Creative Content)**:
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Marketing Executive**to join our creative family
If you live and breathe social media, love experimenting with new content ideas, and don’t mind being in front of the camera, this role is made for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conceptualise, create, and publish engaging content across **TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook**.
- Manage **client content calendars**, ensuring all posts are scheduled, optimised, and published on time.
- Strategise and execute **content ideas and campaigns**aligned with client brand direction.
- Bring fresh ideas to life through **short-form videos, reels, and social-first storytelling**.
- Be part of the content — comfortable appearing **on camera**when needed.
- Collaborate with the team on **campaign ideation, planning, and execution**.
- Support cross-functional projects including **PR, KOL/influencer management, and production**.
- Analyse **content performance**and recommend improvements to boost engagement and results.

**Skills That Are an Advantage**
- Proficiency in **CapCut**and other video editing tools.
- Experience with **Meta Business Suite**and other social media management platforms.
- Ability to **read, analyse, and interpret reports**to inform content and campaign strategies.
- Skilled in creating **marketing proposals and decks**using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong capability to **develop marketing proposals**and present actionable strategies to clients.
