**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Execute pricing tactics focused on maximizing revenues and consistent with business plan objectives.
- Recommend strategic price moves to maximize revenue in alignment with business plan objectives.
- Maintain integrity of pricing systems (SAP and digital tools) to ensure they reliably provide a platform to manage pricing activities.
- Lead and monitor the execution of global Chevron pricing processes.
- Closely work with Performance Management and Sales teams to highlight any volume, NOI or gross margin anomalies and drive for corrective action.
- Act as point of contact for any pricing issues related to country, inclusive of preparation of pricing analysis, producing documents for government submission.
- Monitor competitive activity in the region. Understand the implications/impacts of external environment changes (political, economic, social, and commercial) on the business to enhance the unit’s decision making.
- Maintain the system of monitoring CVX pricing and product costs relative to MOPS and benchmark regional crudes.
- Mentor sales teams within country to ensure CVX pricing controls are maintained, and all policies and regulations are understood and acted upon.
- Coordinate and monitor all SOX related pricing compliance requirements.
- Manage the relationships between Sales and VCO at a country level to ensure pricing decisions are made on a daily basis with the most recent and relevant information to maximize CVX enterprise margin.
- Ensure the accuracy of Products BU revenue reports through continual coordination with Planning, Finance, Logistics and other key support functions.
- Actively engaged and provide pricing performance insight to key stakeholders through use of analytical tools.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree as minimum education, preferably in Business, Finance or related
- Proficient in project management, with strong challenging status quo mindset to drive improvement
- Ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities to existing processes
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong commercial acumen, able to connect from data analysis to market insight and to business/ pricing action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pricing experience and knowledge of pricing systems is an advantage

**Relocation Options**:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

**International Considerations**:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
