**Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up the latest progress of blockchain technology;
- Complete the docking work of the new blockchain system, including supporting the function of sending and receiving coins, supporting DApp operations, etc.;
- In-depth understanding of security issues in the blockchain field to ensure that user assets are not lost;

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, Node.js, Ruby, etc., and understand Python;
- Familiar with the use and optimization methods of common databases such as Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, and Memcached;
- Pay attention to the quality of programming code and be familiar with the Code Review process;
- Familiar with the address generation, transaction construction and other processes of mainstream digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, EOS, etc. is preferred;
- Familiar with digital encryption algorithms, security protocols, distributed computing is preferred;
- Familiar with consensus algorithm or consensus algorithm is preferred, such as PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT, Raft, etc.;
- With Fintech, Crypto currency or blockchain Developing background is a must.
- Understanding of current backend codes and further development of well-secured and functioning codes.
- Identifying risks involved with the development and providing solutions to resolve complex problems.
- Setting up best coding practices and conducting regular code reviews.

Added advantage:

- Participated in open source projects (not limited to the blockchain field) and contributed code;
- Have a strong interest in blockchain technology and have used digital currency for daily payments;
- Experienced in handling Decentralised finance
- Defi project preferred.
