**Salary Range**: $3500-$4500

**Job Description**:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
Plans, develops, establish, and implement and review plant's safety policies, safety procedures, safety work instructions and safety programs.
Plan, develop, deliver, and coordinate effective EHS training to co-workers, temporary workers, contractors, and visitors.
To ensure incidents are reported in a timely manner, investigations are conducted properly, root causes are identified, and corrective actions are tracked to closure.
To collect, analyse and maintain statistic and records of workplace injuries, illness, dangerous occurrences, near misses.
Ensure a proper injury prevention plan exists to continuously improve safety performance.
Conduct and/ or coordinate EHS inspections, EHS Audits and self-assessments.
Advise and coordinate to ensure necessary EHS related monitoring activities (noise, chemicals, etc.) are performed accordance with regulatory and company EHS requirements.
Prepare and update the progress of injury prevention plans, EHS data and report according to schedule.
Work with engineering team to design, install and maintain new or modified equipment/ processes as necessary to ensure EHS risk are well managed.
Conduct risk assessment with plant team and enforce preventative measures.
To become secretary of Workplace Safety and Health committee and perform all functions of a secretary as specified in regulatory.
Implement and monitor safe management best practice.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Min 3 years of working experience or relevant working experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Safety Officer course qualification is advantageous
Registered Fire Safety Manger by SCDF would be an added advantage
