Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain the pantry area, including the inventory management of all items kept in the pantry.
- Ensure that all food items are stored appropriately and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Checks that food are served against patients’ meal order slips
- Serving of meals trays to patients and collecting of soiled trays once patients have finished their meals
- Perform regular checks of inventory levels, and notify the Centre Manager when stock is running low
- Assist with the food ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies and materials.
- Follow every instruction on infection control and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Comply to all service quality, infection control, health and safety requirements to maintain a safe and clean environment Undertake duties as assigned by Centre Manager

**About you**
- High school diploma and/or relevant training or experience in F&B field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and demands.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety practices.
- Strong knowledge of office systems such as Gsuite and clinical procedures is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
