**We are looking for a Jira Administrator who has experience working with a large user base**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Jira administration and governance.
- At least 3 years in doing Jira administration, that is over 600 users.
- Strong understanding of Jira’s technical configuration, including workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Experience in automating Jira operations, preferably with GitHub actions and Terraform.
- Ability to analyze and optimise system performance and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to train and support users

**Required Certification**:

- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACJA), Atlassian Certified Organization Administration or equivalent Jira administration certification.
