The Group Accountant will manage all financial activities including management reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate tax, perform group consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

**Finance Strategy**

Plan and manage the finance strategy ensuring alignment with established plans and policies.

Support the team and mentor junior personnel in their area, ensuring their constant professional growth, and assisting them in the execution of their duties where necessary.

**Financial Responsibilities**:

- Perform group consolidations & reporting and responsible for Singapore entities’ tax compliance.
- Prepare and review management reports.
- Establish or improve upon existing finance operational procedures, critical measurements, productivity, quality, and partner the business; resolving problems; and implementing change.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and SFRS.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance over governance and controls when necessary.
- Develop systems & procedures for improvements.
- Responsible for chart of accounts.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax agents in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparing audited financial statements and dealing with tax compliance.
- Work with the company secretary to ensure that requisite filings and returns are lodged with the ACRA as prescribed by the Companies Act.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting with CPA / ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in preparing group consolidated financial statements.
- Experience in audit is preferred but not compulsory.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
