Working Days: Choose between 5 days, 5.5 days or 6 days.
- Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
- Salary: $1900.00 for 5 days work week [Mon to Fri]. Salary will be higher for 5.5 days or 6 days and if off day is on weekday.On the job training provided and Company will arrange external training to ensure employee is well equipped with the skills and knowledge for compliance and documentation maintenance.

1. Minimum N levels or O levels.

2. Good computer literacy.

3. Sensitive to details.

4. Careful and attentive in work.

**Job Scope**:
1. Data Entry & Payment Update for Purchasing Invoices

2. Invoice Printing

3. Other admin works (eg. filing)

4. Maintaining of Company's Halal, ISO22000 & ISO45001 files and documentations.

5. Ensure that all the documentations are up to date and properly documented.

6. Verification of Purchasing Invoices to ensure compliance with Halal System.

7. Printing of product labels.

8. Able to do walkabouts of the factory when officer comes down for inspection after having the relevant knowledge and skill sets.

9. Any other assignments and tasks given

**Others**:
1. Company is located at Bedok Food City.

2. Having basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
