**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identifies & develops profitable trading and new business opportunities in Asia Pacific for Excelerate’s global LNG trading team, including tender & RFP submission requests.
- Develops internal research & analysis for senior management reviews to secure approvals for new opportunities.
- Engages Asia Pacific clients on behalf of Excelerate & manage the relationships within the Singapore LNG community for both short term trading and long-term SPA opportunities.
- Develops hedging strategy for proposed and captured opportunities to manage risk within internal policy & liaise with internal stakeholders to implement hedging strategy.
- Responsible for deal implementation of captured opportunities, including contract management and monitoring delivery schedule.
- Support regional Asia Pacific business development teams on opportunity pursuits for integrated LNG supply and infrastructure projects

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering
- 5-10 years working experience in LNG commodities trading in a front-office capacity
- Has worked in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with responsibility for profit and loss.
- The individual must be decisive, analytical, and self-motivated, who is comfortable with numbers and able to work under pressure.
