**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input large volumes of data into our systems
- Ensure data entry procedures and standards are followed
- Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Support data collection and analysis for various projects
- Perform data backups to ensure data integrity
- Provide timely and accurate reports as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting
