**Site Co-ordinator**

This role is involves the co-ordination of resources for project sites to ensure works on site progress smoothly. The role requires the site co-ordinator to work with various groups such as authorities, vendors, sub-contractors and colleagues. Our projects are high voltage power cable installation.

**1. Co-ordination of Resources**

a. Follow and execute the planned schedule of works

b. Plan manpower requirements

c. Assign manpower and resources to different project locations efficiently

d. Understand the different work activities related to cable installation and the resources required to carry them out

e. Manage subcontractors by recording their manpower and hours accurately for invoice checking. Ensuring subcontractors do not use Company’s resources unless indicated in contract. If so, Accounts to be informed to do billing to subcontractors.

**2. Following SOP**

a. Ensure the ordering of materials and equipment follows Company SOP.

b. Learn to use the Company’s in-house software ESMS for issuing Requisition Forms.

c. Ensure Company’s manpower understand SOPs for HR and site operations and follow accordingly.

d. Ensure others (third party) understand and follow Company’s SOP where relevant

**3. Monitor quality of work and site progress**

a. Assess the work done by subcontractors and own manpower to ensure quality standards are met.

b. Accurate measurement of work done for billing purpose.

c. Ensure project timeline is followed and notify superiors when timeline is not being met.

d. Work with Safety team to ensure works are carried out in a safe manner and according to Company’s Safe Work Procedures

**4. Looking after the Company’s resources**

a. Ensuring resources are not unduly wasted by returning resources that are not used such as informing office on termination of rentals.

b. Ensuring Company’s material or equipment are handled by qualified persons to prevent damage from incorrect usage.

c. Report to Store personnel any damages, loss or repairs required in a timely manner. This also applies to items rented from third parties.

d. Diligent supervision of storage methods or conditions on project sites to ensure any losses can be prevented.

e. Train and develop staff internally

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience and proven track record in high voltage power cable installation. Preferably experience in site/ project co-ordinator role.
- Trade certificates accepted
- Class 3 driving license
- Ability to manage workers
- Able to work 6 day week (Sat half day paid at OT rate) and night shifts
- Willing to work in roadside environment
