Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
- Communicating with the HR team.
- Tracking open positions
- Conducting initial phone screenings.
- Managing the résumé database.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field
- Previous experience working as a junior recruiter preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
