Baker

We are seeking skilled and passionate Bakers to join our team and deliver freshly baked goods of high quality to customers. You will assist in the development of new recipes, menu items, and seasonal offerings, contributing creative ideas and suggestions to diversify the bakery's product offerings.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, including work surfaces, equipment, utensils, and storage spaces, in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, requisitioning additional items as needed to ensure uninterrupted production (inventory management)
- Production planning on sourdough bakes
- Managing online and daily in store orders and plan production accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 year experience or fresh grads from culinary school
- Have good knowledge in baking or relevant fields is more preferable
- Used to production routine
- Have good communication
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
