**Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Finance**
- Develop a strong understanding of the Group's business processes, operational and financial levers
- Undertake rigorous financial analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations
- Strong working knowledge of financial models to forecast financial and economic outcomes, assess and determine financial risks and returns
- Work closely with the Finance controllership team to understand, analyze, and forecast the Group's sources and uses of cash
- Work closely with the FP&A team to synthesize management reports into strategic memos for stakeholder reporting
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including the raising of capital and M&A projects
- To liaise with all parties (including internal stakeholders and external auditors, legal counsels, financial experts, and regulatory bodies) involved in corporate finance transactions
- Assist in the preparation and review of transaction information memorandums, transaction documents, term sheets and official circulars
- To prepare and deliver management and investor presentations
**Investor Relations**
- To ensure effective communication between the company, current shareholders, and potential investors
- Keeping abreast of the company's growth positioning capital needs, uses and sources of funds
- Demonstrate the ability to dissect, communicate and discuss business strategy and financial analysis with investors across various levels of sophistication
- Ensure timely, complete, and meaningful disclosure of the business to investors and regulators
- Demonstrate the ability to translate between company performance and market expectations
- To establish a strong working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape of global capital markets
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably in investment banking and/or corporate finance
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
