To manage the logistics and operations of research programme(s) in NHGP, ensuring smooth coordination and completion of projects and related deliverables within stipulated timelines and budget. To coordinate and be responsible for research and grant administration activities, monitor progress of research studies and research-related activities in NHGP and organize events related to the research programme.

1) Project Management

To manage the planning and running of assigned research programme(s) and projects, including managing the timelines and coordinating the execution of project plans and initiatives, tracking project performance, managing associated initiatives and publicity efforts, etc. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within timelines
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders on the ground coordination of projects including logístical planning and execution
- Coordinate the planning and execution of associated initiatives and publicity plans separately or in conjunction with other major events
- Manage approved funding and expenditure, including corresponding with funder, handling purchases and tracking the utilization of budget
- Monitor progress of the projects and coordinate regular reviews with the project team and relevant stakeholders
- Assist in regulatory and IRB approvals for the research projects under the research programme(s), where necessary
- Assist in preparation of relevant reports/ presentations/ materials

2) Research Administration
- Assist in grant management and administration e.g. collation and tracking of grant submissions, budget planning and utilization tracking, claims submissions.
- Monitor progress of research activities and outcomes in NHGP
- Prepare relevant reports
- Assist in supervising staff involved in data collection and data entry/ transcription
- Assist in budget planning and utilization tracking
- Assist in planning and development of initiatives and events arising from or related to research programme(s)
- Build relationships and collaborate with other divisions / departments in NHGP and external partners where relevant to ensure smooth running of clinical research in NHGP, including logístical coordination between study teams and clinics
