Hiring for our client, a leading Asian investment firm is seeking for a new headcount/hire for a
HR, Admin & Payroll Executive to join the team based in Singapore.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Manage HR recruitment, onboarding/offboarding activities and logistics support for new hires.
- Process monthly payroll, income tax clearance, CPF and IR8A submission.
- Administer staff benefits such as leave, medical, insurance claims and NS make-up pay.
- Support management in the annual appraisal, salary and bonus review exercise.
- Attend to auditor queries during yearly audit exercise.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory surveys.
**Our Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or other relevant qualification with min 3-5 yrs HR operations, payroll experience.
- Able to work independently, attentive to numbers, strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar in MS Office tools
