**Overview
- The Process Architect position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Group Singapore. Our office is executing cutting-edge projects for Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, and Pharma facilities - from feasibility through to qualification - for both local and international clients.

**Responsibilities
**Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities**:

- Experience in planning, designing, building, validating and maintaining modern cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities internationally.
- Understanding the industry focus on the ever-growing need to modify existing legacy facilities, and on current trends in pharmaceutical manufacturing which include strategies for sustainability and LEED building ratings
- Project work to demonstrate master planning of Greenfield and Brownfield sites
- Strong interpersonal communication and co-ordination skills with ability to lead multi-disciplinary A&E teams on specialist industrial projects
- Detailed knowledge of planning legislation and Health & Safety legislation
- Software skills including Sketchup, Photoshop and Certified Revit training will be a benefit
- Lead, develop, and mentor staff.
- Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines within the USA offices, within other PM Group offices, and with external consultants.
- Travel as required.

**Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience - required.
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Architectural licensure in practicing country
- LEED GA or AP - preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite - required.
- Excellent verbal/written skills - required.
- Experience with advanced technology industry projects such as R&B labs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food & nutrition and/or consumer products.
- Knowledge of cGMPs - preferred.
- International experience - a plus.
- Self-motivated. A reliable, consistent, and mature approach to work - desired.
- An ethical approach to safety, quality, environmental protection, and business.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and peers at all levels, with good presentation skills.
