**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Travel Arrangement**:
b. Manage claims related to travel expenses.

c. Ensure seamless travel experiences for employees and guests.

**2. **General Office Administrative Support**:
a. Oversee facilities management (all offices and expat apartments), including coordinating maintenance and repairs.

b. Manage stationery supplies and office inventory.

c. Maintain office cleanliness standards and coordinate with cleaning services.

d. Manage office cleaners.

e. Manage pantry supplies and place orders as needed.

f. Assist with onboarding processes including workwear and name cards preparation.

g. Maintain and update contact lists.

i. Provide backup support for HR and Office Admin colleagues during their absence.

j. Perform ad
- hoc duties as assigned by the management.

**3. **Events Management**:
a. Assist in the planning and execution of employee wellness programs and other company events.

b. Collaborate with other HR and office admin team members to ensure successful event coordination.

c. Create EDMs for internal employee engagement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 3-4 years of proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably with travel coordination
- Strong organizational with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem
- solving abilities
