**LINGUISTICS CONSULTANT (x20)**

**Permanent/ Direct Employment
As a Linguistics Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality in labelling to enhance AI model accuracy. You will be required to align on labelling standards and guidelines of language features with relevant stakeholders and drive continuous enhancement.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

**What will I be doing?**
- You will perform daily sampling tasks for one or multiple projects in your working language.
- You will conduct thorough data analysis, feedback problems, handle appeals, and provide feedback on labeling quality.
- You will provide feedback and analysis on guidelines updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
- You will work closely with labeling teams, Project POC and Project QA to ensure the labeling quality is up to standard.
- You will participate in calibrations with Labeling teams alongside Project QA or provide further details through the offline method if necessary.
- You will work with Model Training or Product teams to align and enhance the labeling guidelines based on the language feature.
- You will work with a number of different cross-functional teams. You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.

**Requirements**:
What should I bring with me?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree in **linguistic, literature, philosophy, journalism, or political science **background is preferred.
- Good experience as a **Writer, Editor, Copy Writer, Publisher, Content Management or any related job in Communications**:

- Experience in Content Labeling/ Content Creation will be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
- Possess strong learning ability, cross-department communication, and collaboration skills.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to the job nature.
- Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing, experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred.
- Has professional **working experience writing or editing long, complex texts, including but not limited to: Writing novellas/commentaries/news articles; Editing journals/archive materials/newspapers or magazines.**:

- Have excellent english language skills (written and spoken)
